The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smash Machine tries to close the distance and clinch but Graham swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Graham throws a hook but Smash Machine blocks it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Graham is defended easily by Smash Machine.
Graham stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Graham wants it to stay on the feet.

Graham fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Smash Machine, pushing him back against the cage.
Smash Machine lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Smash Machine lands a nice elbow.

It looks like Willy Graham has been cut.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Graham takes an elbow to the temple.
Smash Machine looking to throw knees to the head but Graham is blocking nicely.

Smash Machine drops Graham with a big knee straight up the middle! Graham is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
