Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Slaughter (ranked 3767 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Face (ranked 5048 p4p, 0 weight class). Slaughter comes to the cage accompanied by Bring your Daughter to the Slaughter - Iron Maiden. Face has chosen Tyga - Real Deal as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Slaughter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 33 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Angel Face!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slaughter closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Face to the mat! Face manages to get full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Slaughter works a leg free and moves into half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Face can do anything to dispel that myth.
Slaughter controlling the pace.
Slaughter trying to pass the guard but Face defending well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Face keeping control of the position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Slaughter stands up out of the half guard.
Face's corner calls for a 1-2. Face obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Slaughter forces Face back against the cage and clinches.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slaughter lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Slaughter lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Face backwards.
Slaughter throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Face blocks it with crossed arms.
Face is trying to force a seperation but Slaughter has the dominant position.
Face has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Slaughter misses with a short punch on the inside.

Face pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Slaughter tries for a takedown but Face circles away easily
and Face counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Slaughter thinking.
Slaughter takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Nice sprawl there from Face as Slaughter shoots in.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Slaughter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Face lands with a shot to the body.
Slaughter is breathing heavily.
Face bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Slaughter's head backwards.
A jab from Face does it's job there.

Slaughter fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Face, pushing him back against the cage.
Face is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Slaughter has a couple of punches blocked by Face.
Face has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Slaughter lands a body shot.
Face wants to break free but Slaughter has control.
Face is trying to push Slaughter away but Slaughter has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Slaughter changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Face fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Face dips to his left and cracks Slaughter with an uppercut!

and Face counters with a right hand to the body.
Slaughter doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Face counters with a nice right hand that sends Slaughter toppling to the canvas! Slaughter scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Face finish him?!

Slaughter is rocked!
Face fakes the body blow, causing Slaughter to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Slaughter goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Angel Face!
After winning the bout, Angel Face thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
