Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Kuzma (ranked 2628 p4p, 295 weight class) and Ghazi Okah (ranked 2540 p4p, 283 weight class). Okah comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rock Stone kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ghazi Okah has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kyle Kuzma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
25 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ghazi Okah!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuzma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kuzma thows a leg kick but Okah checks it
and Okah counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Okah connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Kuzma's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Okah connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kuzma scrambles back to his feet.
A big left from Okah misses.
Kuzma misses with a jab, cross combination.
Okah misses with a wild combination.
Okah lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Kuzma takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kuzma stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kuzma wants it to stay on the feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Okah throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Okah smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kuzma throws a series of punches but Okah avoids them all with ease.
Kuzma wants to clinch up but Okah keeps it at a distance.
Kuzma attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Okah swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kuzma.
Kuzma blocks a jab.
Okah ducks under a wild hook from Kuzma.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kuzma fails to land with a series of punches.
Kuzma bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kuzma throws a right hand that Okah ducks under and follows up with a left that Okah also avoids with ease.
Okah goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Kuzma takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Okah throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kuzma tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Okah is in Kuzma's guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Kuzma's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Okah decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kuzma, up you get!
Kuzma cracks Okah with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kuzma throws a leg kick that misses.
Okah throws the left hand but Kuzma avoids the punch easily.
Kuzma shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Kuzma throws a series of punches but Okah avoids them all with ease.
Okah fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kuzma looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kuzma has managed to clinch.
Okah has Kuzma pressed against the cage, preventing Kuzma from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Okah breaks the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A jab from Okah does it's job there.
Kuzma throws a front kick aimed at Okah's knee but Okah avoids it well.
Okah throws out a counter right but Kuzma avoids it with no problem.
Kuzma tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Okah manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Okah's corner calls for a 1-2. Okah obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Okah throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Kuzma doesn't manage to clinch there - Okah circles away.
Kuzma buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Okah dodges the punch combination from Kuzma.
Kuzma is looking to clinch.
Okah looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Okah clinches up against the cage.
Kuzma has Okah pressed against the cage.
Okah escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A jab lands there for Okah.
Kuzma throws a nice looking combination but Okah bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Okah rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kuzma moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Okah avoids the body shot from Kuzma.
Kuzma tries a low kick but Okah avoids it.
Okah catches Kuzma with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Kuzma misses with a few strikes there.
Okah might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Okah with a jab.
Kuzma is rocked!
Okah lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Kuzma goes down and covers up as Okah starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ghazi Okah!
Our winner, Ghazi Okah, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
