Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zammy Bailey (ranked 664 p4p, 95 weight class) and De Forest Treadwell (ranked 544 p4p, 76 weight class). Treadwell has chosen God gave me style, I’m coming home mix as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 21 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zammy Bailey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, De Forest Treadwell!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bailey misses with a head kick.
Treadwell throws a nice head kick!
Bailey misses with a straight left.
Treadwell lands with a straight right. Bailey didn't see that one coming.
Treadwell slips under a jab.
Bailey throws a body punch but Treadwell moves out of range.
Bailey doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Treadwell moves forwards but Bailey connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Bailey uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Treadwell.
A little feinted left hand from Bailey on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Bailey slips a jab and a cross from Treadwell.
Treadwell takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Treadwell gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bailey keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Treadwell's efforts to push away.

Treadwell turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Bailey is trying to get back to his feet.
Treadwell controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bailey is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Treadwell asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Treadwell misses with the ground and pound.
Bailey is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Treadwell is controlling him well.
Treadwell tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Bailey is not content to let Treadwell control the position.
Treadwell throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Treadwell wants to control but Bailey is keeping him busy.
Treadwell sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Bailey is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Bailey is pushing Treadwell's head away, looking to escape. Treadwell manages to hold on to the position though.
Treadwell tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bailey wants to get back to his feet.
Bailey's coaches at The Outlaws Fight club We train to kill have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Treadwell is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Bailey's shoulder. That is not cool.
Treadwell misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Bailey is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Treadwell working the ground and pound but Bailey is defending the strikes.
Treadwell looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Bailey is avoiding damage well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bailey prevents Treadwell from improving position.
Treadwell is looking to take a break and control but Bailey is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Bailey is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Treadwell asserts his dominance and retains side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bailey throws out a leg kick but Treadwell moves out of range and Bailey only half commits.
Bailey staying out of range there.
Bailey fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Treadwell manages to avoid it.
Bailey misses with an uppercut. Treadwell saw that one coming.
Treadwell lands the left hand.
Treadwell takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Treadwell moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Treadwell tries to clinch but Bailey moves out of range.
Treadwell lands a lovely overhand right.
Treadwell takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Bailey takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Treadwell throws a nice outside leg kick.
Bailey just misses with a punch to the body.
Treadwell uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bailey.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bailey lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Treadwell lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Treadwell cracks Bailey with an open hand slap.
Treadwell changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bailey tries to avoid it but Treadwell manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bailey to the ground. Bailey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bailey avoids the body shot from Treadwell.
Treadwell misses with a combination
and Bailey counters with a body kick.
Bailey lands a nice looking body shot.
Bailey feints and then cracks Treadwell's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Treadwell down.
Bailey jabs Treadwell to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Zammy Bailey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Treadwell walks into a stiff left hand from Bailey.
Treadwell swings away with a body shot that misses
and Bailey counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Treadwell looks winded!
A looping hook to the body misses from Treadwell. Bailey does a little dance to reset his feet.
Treadwell throws a head kick but Bailey moves out of range.
Bailey dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Nice body kick from Bailey.
De Forest Treadwell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Treadwell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
It looked like Bailey wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Bailey throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but De Forest Treadwell will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Bailey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Treadwell moves away.
Bailey looks to land a body kick but Treadwell moved away.

Bailey lands a big uppercut and Treadwell crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Treadwell looks OK. Bailey waves Treadwell back to his feet!


Treadwell is rocked!
Bailey circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Treadwell tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Bailey wins by KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Zammy Bailey!
Zammy Bailey took some time post fight to say the following; 'I don't know. Only God knows where the story ends for me, but I know where the story begins. It's up to us to choose, whether we win or lose and I choose to win! Feed me the nr1 '.
