Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Takeru Ishii (ranked 23729 p4p, 548 weight class) and Zlatan Zirkov (ranked 4152 p4p, 396 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ishii throws an overhand right that lands on Zirkov's shoulder, as Zirkov tries to avoid the shot.
That kick from Zirkov tenderised Ishii's leg. Ishii is trying to keep his angry face on.
Ishii throws a solid leg kick but Zirkov takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Ishii.
Ishii lands a leg kick that knocks Zirkov off balance momentarily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zirkov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ishii seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Ishii does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close second round but I would say that Takeru Ishii will probably get the nod.
