Neves cracks St Stone with an uppercut from hell and St Stone crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Neves's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

St Stone felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Neves's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Neves works to advance to full mount. St Stone defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Bruno Neves is winning the standup battle so far.
Neves feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending St Stone crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

After the fight, Bruno Neves was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
