Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Wooden Pencil (ranked 2560 p4p, 67 weight class) and Scott Watt (ranked 2043 p4p, 51 weight class). Pencil's entrance music is Full Retard. A fine choice. Watt is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Edmund Fitzgerald. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 41 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Scott Watt!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pencil tries to land a leg kick but Watt saw it coming and moves away.
We've been informed that Watt has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Scott Watt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pencil lands a front kick to the face, that drops Watt to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Pencil has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Watt finds it's way round the side to connect with Pencil's head.
Watt is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Pencil had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Pencil lands a head kick that bluckles Watt and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Pencil no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Well Watt has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
