Fortier wants to clinch but Zulu slips to the side
enabling Zulu to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Hercules Fortier has been cut.
Hercules Fortier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zulu throws a leg kick but Fortier sees it coming and checks it nicely.

and Zulu counters with a nice body shot.

Fortier looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Zulu steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Fortier.

Zulu has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Hercules Fortier's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

A nice inside leg kick there by Zulu. That's going to slow Fortier down.
Zulu is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Fortier had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Good leg kick by Zulu there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

A very excited looking Kvame Zulu rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
