The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nao misses with an uppercut. Ragnarsson saw that one coming.
Ragnarsson misses with a body punch

It looks like Bjorn Ragnarsson has been cut.
Ragnarsson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Nao is looking to score with low kicks.
Ragnarsson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Nao sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nao lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

and Ragnarsson counters with a head kick. That will keep Nao thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Nao uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ragnarsson.
Nao scores with the left hand. Ragnarsson knows he should have avoided that one.
Nao fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ragnarsson manages to avoid it.
Nao throws out a loose jab but Ragnarsson uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Nao makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Ragnarsson tries a quick counter leg kick but Nao is wise to it.

Nao lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Nao throws a nice looking combination but Ragnarsson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ragnarsson is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Nao misses with a body shot.
An inside leg kick lands from Ragnarsson.

That has opened up Bjorn Ragnarsson's cut even more.
Nao lands a nice hook to Ragnarsson's body. Ragnarsson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Ragnarsson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Nao.
Ragnarsson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

A little feinted left hand from Nao on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Nao looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nao lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ragnarsson's sensitive parts.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Solomon Nao dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Ragnarsson avoids a kick to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Nao. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Nao.

Nao scores with the left hand. Ragnarsson knows he should have avoided that one.

The cut above Bjorn Ragnarsson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Nao lands a big uppercut and Ragnarsson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ragnarsson looks OK. Nao waves Ragnarsson back to his feet!

Ragnarsson is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nao throws the kick towards the body but Ragnarsson avoids it.
Nao backing away here, and Ragnarsson unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Nao pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Nao cracks Ragnarsson with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Ragnarsson looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Nao finish him?

Bjorn Ragnarsson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Nao lands with a thumping leg kick.
Ragnarsson seems to have recovered his senses.

Nao steps in with a hook that catches Ragnarsson right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Nao follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Ragnarsson looks absolutely devastated.

In his post fight interview, Solomon Nao started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
