The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lothbrook gets caught flat footed, as Dervisevic shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Lothbrook looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dervisevic won't allow Lothbrook to sweep him here.
Dervisevic wants to pass the guard but Lothbrook is keeping the position.
Lothbrook is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Lothbrook has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Lothbrook lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Dervisevic quite badly. Dervisevic pulls Lothbrook in close trying to recover. Lothbrook postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Dervisevic on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Dervisevic doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
