Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blake misses with a wild body shot.
Blake lands a nice leg kick that just misses Belt's sensitive parts.
Blake bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Belt's head.
Belt looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Belt throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Blake's waist but Blake gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Belt off to one side.
Belt jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Blake throws the left hand but Belt avoids the punch easily.
Belt half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Blake scores with a hook to the body. Belt takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Blake keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Blake throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Belt throws a body punch but Blake moves out of range.
Blake sizes up Belt with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Blake chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Belt looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Blake tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Belt wants to control but Blake is keeping him busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Blake won't allow Belt to pass to mount.
Blake wants to control but Belt is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Blake trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Belt working for a submission but Blake is keeping him at bay.

Belt working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Blake looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Belt! Submission of the night perhaps?
