Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Dazzler (ranked 21789 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chan Sung Aoki (ranked 12919 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dazzler throws a right hand that misses
and Aoki counters with a left to the body.
Aoki has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dazzler misses with a hook.
Aoki throws a nice inside leg kick.
Dazzler looks to score with a jab to the body but Aoki is just out of range.
Aoki throws out a counter right but Dazzler avoids it with no problem.
Dazzler takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Aoki misses with a head kick.
Aoki displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dazzler throws out the jab.

Aoki shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Dazzler gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Aoki to score an easy takedown into full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
