The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Manley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Manley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mason does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Manley got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mason has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Manley has managed to get both his arms back between Mason's legs - danger averted.
