The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage throws a body shot but no joy.

Bitetti moves forwards but Savage connects with a nice, crisp jab.

It looks like Sanderlei Bitetti has been cut.

The fighters circling - Bitetti throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Savage takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bitetti doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Savage wants to control from the top but Bitetti keeps moving.
