The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kruger misses the shot to the body.
Fury bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kruger's head.
Kruger just misses with a punch to the body.
A clash of legs there as Kruger blocks the low kick.
Fury throws a lazy uppercut
and Kruger counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Kruger tests Fury's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fury has been working on his boxing with his coaches at JAG Battle Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Kruger takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fury scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kruger doesn't seem bothered though.
Fury cracks Kruger with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Fury ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kruger moves away.

Fury fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Fury throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Kruger throws a lazy right hand but Fury sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kruger fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fury manages to avoid it.

Good leg kick by Fury there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Fury lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fury connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kruger's hands.

No joy there for Kruger, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fury takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kruger throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fury sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fury throws a looping overhand right but Kruger ducks down to avoid it.
It seemed like Kruger was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Fury looks for the body kick but Kruger saw that one coming.

That was a close round but I would say that Nick Fury will probably get the nod.

As Fury backs off Kruger throws a huge counter combo but Fury manages to avoid it all.

Kruger lands a big right hand that sends Fury crashing to the mat! Kruger stays standing though and waves Fury back to his feet!
Oh Fury is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fury tries to get into range but Kruger steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Fury! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Kruger scores the big KO victory!
