Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Clark (ranked 898 p4p, 50 weight class) and Martian Manhunter (ranked 2570 p4p, 140 weight class). Manhunter has chosen My Name Is J'onn J'onzz as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurt Clark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Martian Manhunter!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manhunter misses with a body punch
and Clark counters with a stiff right hand.
Manhunter takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Manhunter is rocked!
Manhunter defending well as Clark loads up on a big left hand.
Clark uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Manhunter.
Manhunter ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Clark misses with a straight right.
Manhunter scores with a jab.
It looks like Kurt Clark has been cut.
Clark's jab looks to have found its range, popping Manhunter under the eye.
Manhunter is still on wobbly legs! Can Clark finish him?
Manhunter avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Clark throws a hook to the side of Manhunter's head but Manhunter sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
It seemed like Manhunter was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Clark has cracked Manhunter with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Clark lands another huge swinging hook and Manhunter tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Manhunter, before Clark can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kurt Clark!
Kurt Clark decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
