Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggery waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Liszorr.
Diggery ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Liszorr moves away.
Diggery lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Diggery slips a straight right by Liszorr.
Liszorr gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Liszorr slips a jab from Diggery.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A telegraphed right hand from Diggery misses the target.
Liszorr feints the counter takedown.
Liszorr missing with a left hand there. Diggery was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Liszorr fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Liszorr rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Diggery counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Diggery.
Diggery lands with a light punch inside.

Diggery works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Liszorr is trying to hold Diggery in close to prevent damage but Diggery has managed to pass into half guard.
Diggery is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Liszorr looking for submissions off his back.

Liszorr is not content to let Diggery control the position.
Liszorr keeping hold of Diggery's head, controlling as best he can.
Liszorr wants to control but Diggery is keeping busy.
Liszorr told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Liszorr is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Diggery pulls his head out easily.
Diggery will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Liszorr regains full guard. Nicely done.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Liszorr is on top in guard.

Diggery knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Liszorr on the ground.

Liszorr postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Diggery is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Liszorr, into his guard.

Liszorr is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Diggery is aware though and is defending well.

Diggery content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Liszorr has locked up a guillotine! Liszorr's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Diggery is holding on here and Liszorr must be using up a lot of energy. Diggery has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Liszorr gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
