Riddle makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Riddle drops Riley onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Riley is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Riddle presses Riley against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Riddle escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Justin Riddle is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Riley on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Riddle looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Riddle backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Riley's temple! It sends Riley violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Riddle celebrates and the doctors try to help Riley!

Jones bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Riley's guard.
Jones slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Jones cracks Riley with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Riley displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Grygiel.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Grygiel enables Riley to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Grygiel manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Grygiel is looking to sinch up a triangle. Riley throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Grygiel's body to avoid the submission. Grygiel has instead reached around Riley's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Grygiel arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Proto lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Riley has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Riley and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Proto drops Riley with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Riley looks back up at him and smiles so Proto waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Hawk is looking for a sweep. Riley is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hawk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Riley is fending him off so far but Hawk persists. Nope, Riley circles away and we're back to standing.
Riley moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Hawk fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Riley avoids it really well and circles away.
And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Hawk.
Well Riley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Riley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ewe is looking to regain half guard here but Riley keeps moving and retains side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Riley scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Ewe is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Riley can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
