Sloppy strikes from Gruber. Those never looked like landing.
Gruber wants to land a leg kick but Amin is out of range.
Amin feints a jab and as Gruber dips his head, Amin unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Gruber right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Gruber falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Amin smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Idi Amin!
Idi Amin was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

Doofenshmirtz plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Gruber fails with a takedown attempt.
Doofenshmirtz throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Doofenshmirtz has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Doofenshmirtz lands a leg kick that knocks Gruber off balance momentarily.
Gruber swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Doofenshmirtz counters with a nice leg kick.
Hans Gruber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That kick from Doofenshmirtz tenderised Gruber's leg. Gruber is trying to keep his angry face on.

Doofenshmirtz decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

It looks like Michelle Waterson has been cut.
Gruber throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Waterson.
Nice defenses there by Waterson.
Waterson is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Gruber tries to bum rush Waterson with a series of wild strikes but Waterson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Waterson connects with a body shot that sends Gruber's belly button to the back.
Gruber shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Waterson eats them both and turns towards Gruber to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A big right from Gruber misses.
Gruber throws a hook but Waterson avoids it easily.
Waterson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Gruber misses with a few strikes there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Waterson slips a straight right by Gruber.
Waterson wants to counter with a clinch but Gruber pushes him away.#KD#
Gruber catches Waterson napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Waterson to the canvas! #ROC#

Gruber is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Gruber loads up on a big left hand. Waterson felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Gruber looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Waterson can't hide his disappointment, as Gruber celebrates the victory.

Gruber throws a low kick, looking for Caprillo's leg but Caprillo calmly moves out of range.
