Marshal's coach down at The Foundry was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Marshal's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
A solid leg kick lands there for Marshal.
Marshal is looking to slow Paris down with leg kicks.
Paris walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Marshal tests Paris's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Paris walks into a left hand.
Paris takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A slow jab from Paris misses its intended target.
Marshal appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Marshal stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Marshal wants it to stay on the feet.
Marshal looks to throw the jab but Beton is out of range.
Beton tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Marshal swivels and escapes.
It looked like Marshal was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Marshal fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Beton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Marshal but Marshal pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Aleksei Marshal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jos Beton.
