Klewis throwing a counter right hand but Valentino manages to avoid it.
Valentino clobbers Klewis with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Valentino connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Klewis's hands.
Valentino tries to clinch but Klewis is having none of it.
An attempted straight right counter from Klewis misses the target.

Hanes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Klewis's waist but Klewis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hanes off to one side.

Theyer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Klewis tries to avoid it but Theyer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Klewis to the ground. Klewis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A little feinted left hand from Klewis on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Theyer shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Klewis as he jumps to the side.

Tigh has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Klewis is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
I was talking to Klewis's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Tigh stalls.
Klewis wants a takedown but no success here.

Klewis has his takedown stuffed
and Tigh counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Klewis shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tigh sprawls well. Tigh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Klewis gets slowly back to his feet.
It seemed like Tigh was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Tigh fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Tigh feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Klewiss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
