Well Bathory has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Arzlan Bathory decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

It looks like Lucas Basurto has been cut.
Basurto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mc Steel sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Basurto somewhat.

Mc Steel lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Mc Steel connects with a combination that backs up Basurto into the cage. Mc Steel lands a flurry of punches that gets past Basurto's guard. Basurto is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Mc Steel bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
