Hunt misses with a two punch combination.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Joyce has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Joyce misses with a jab, cross combination.
Some wild striking there from Joyce.
Joyce lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hunt circles away quickly and effectively.
Hunt throws an overhand right that lands on Joyce's shoulder, as Joyce tries to avoid the shot.
Nice body punch from Hunt.
Joyce swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hunt cracks Joyce with a right hand to the side of the head.
A jab from Joyce misses.
Joyce uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hunt.
A little jabbing left from Joyce on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Hunt rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Joyce moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hunt lands with a shot to the body.
Joyce ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Joyce gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Joyce tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Hunt is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Joyce buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Joyce!! Joyce is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Hunt throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Gracie manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Joyce on his heels. He'll look to pass Joyce's guard now, I'm sure.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Joyce swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Shavershian tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Shavershian has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Joyce tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Shavershian cranks the arm and Joyce screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Joyce, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
