Piana uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Allen.
Allen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Piana takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Piana misses with a double jab.
Piana's coach down at Rabid Dog was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Piana's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Piana chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Allen can pounce on him.
Piana misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Allen tries to clinch up
and Piana connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Piana lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Allen will be OK.

Pimpin has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Allen is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Pimpin yanks on the arm and Allen is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Pimpin.

Rottwel is working to tighten his grip on Allen's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Allen has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Rottwel is really squeezing tight and eventually Allen passes out! Rottwel breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
