The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith slips under a jab from Hossain.
Hossain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Smith.
Hossain throws a big counter combination but Smith scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nice defenses there by Smith.
Hossain staying out of range there.
Hossain misses with a head kick.
Hossain misses with a few strikes there.
Hossain wants to clinch.

Hossain fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Smith to the ground. Hossain is now in Smith's guard.
Hossain lands a couple of digs.
Hossain with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Hossain postures up.
Hossain makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Smith has momentary wrist control but Hossain slips an elbow through the middle.

Hossain drops back looking for a leg! Smith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smith manages to kick Hossain off! Hossain jumps back into Smith's guard.
Smith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hossain. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hossain working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Smith's head.
Smith is still in real trouble! Can Hossain finish him?
Smith wants to stand up but Hossain is controlling him.
