Ketchum tries to clinch but Ken is having none of it.
Ken uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ketchum.
Ken shoots in but Ketchum avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ketchum misses with a double jab
and Ken counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. #TD#
Ken closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Ketchum defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Helmut.
Ketchum tries a head kick but it misses.
Horrible takedown attempt by Helmut or perhaps it was just good defense by Ketchum, which made it look bad.
Ketchum keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Luigi Helmut. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ketchum tries to land a front kick but Helmut steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Helmut scores with a hook to the body. Ketchum takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Helmut changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ketchum tries to avoid it but Helmut manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ketchum to the ground. Ketchum escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ketchum should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Gabka looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Gabka backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ketchum's temple! It sends Ketchum violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Gabka celebrates and the doctors try to help Ketchum!

Ashman feints a jab promting Ketchum to slip. Ashman then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Ketchum slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Ashman shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Ketchum eats them both and turns towards Ashman to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#ROC#

Ash Ketchum's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
