Evens sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Frederick's guard.
Frederick is trying to maintain the position but Evens is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Frederick is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Evens defends well.
Evens advances to half guard.
Frederick is trying to stand up here but Evens is controlling him well.

That was a close second round but I would say that Hung Frederick will probably get the nod.
