The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
White lands with a right hand.
Kenardly throws a looping overhand right but White ducks down to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from White! But no joy.
White avoids the head kick by Kenardly.
White unleashes a big counter combination but Kenardly bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Kenardly turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

White darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Kenardly manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. White keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Good leg kick by Kenardly there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
White throws a shot from downtown. Kenardly moves away and avoids it.

Kenardly feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Whites jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Chris White's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gilmore is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches White flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! White is out cold! Gilmore holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
