It seemed like Rua was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Rua lands a leg kick that knocks Cartagena off balance momentarily.

Cartagena moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Rua throws a lazy right hand but Cartagena sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cartagena scores with a big combo that sends Rua crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Rua flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Cartagena jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.

Don Cartagena decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.

Well Hanma has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
