As Lancing tries to get set, David tries to push him back and clinch up but Lancing manages to avoid the attempt.

David decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

David dives in and grabs Lancing's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lancing pushes down on David's head and hops out.
Lancing lunges at David with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by David's hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Lancing throws a looping overhand right but David ducks down to avoid it.
Lancing lands an uppercut out of nowhere! David falls backwards - clearly groggy! Lancing dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Alkaev tries for a takedown but Lancing sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lancing throws a jab but it's blocked by Alkaev.
Nice defenses there by Alkaev.
Lancing has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hard Knocks Training in the buildup to the fight.
Alkaev tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lancing was well out of range. Poor timing from Alkaev.
Lancing was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Alkaev ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lancing tests Alkaev's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Lancing throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Alkaev sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lancing cracks Alkaev with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Alkaev feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Lancing sprawling to the canvas! Lancing rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Alkaev finish him?!

Oh Lancing is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lancing leaves his chin hanging out and Alkaev seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Lancing crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Lancing lands a big right hand that sends Westbrook crashing to the mat! Lancing stays standing though and waves Westbrook back to his feet!#CUT#
It looks like Tyron Westbrook has been cut.
Jab by Westbrook.
Westbrook switches off momentarily and Lancing cracks him with a monster right hand! Westbrook topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Lancing dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Lancing!
