McGowan throws a hook but Tupper blocks it.
Tupper uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from McGowan.
Tupper looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McGowan is fending him off so far but Tupper persists. Nope, McGowan circles away and we're back to standing.
McGowan throws out a powerful jab.
Tupper seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Tupper chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before McGowan can pounce on him.
Tupper jabs McGowan right on the nose. McGowan blinks but takes it well.
McGowan fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
McGowan misses with a looping left.
Tupper blocks a head kick by McGowan.
Tupper gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Tupper looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for McGowan!

McGowan is pushing Tupper's head away, looking to escape. Tupper manages to hold on to the position though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Virtanen fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Virtanen shoots in and drives through. Tupper sprawls well.
Virtanen shoots for a double leg takedown but Tupper sprawls well. He's pushed Virtanen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
It appears Tupper was looking to counter with a kick there.
Augustine Tupper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henkka Virtanen.
Tupper swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Both fighters circling a little - Tupper finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Tupper lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Henkka Virtanen has been cut.
and Tupper counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Virtanen! He's just covering up as Tupper starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Tupper on the wrong end of a nice hook.
A shot to the liver by Will. Beautiful body shot.
Tupper throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Will takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Tupper throws a leg kick which misses Will's front leg but catches the back leg as Will tries to avoid it.
Will misses with a wild combination.
Tupper quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Tupper lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Will clobbers Tupper with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Will throws a powerful right kick. Tupper tried to block low but the kick was high! Tupper was taken right off of his feet! Will jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
