Excellent takedown into side control there by La Riva.
Larson tries to strike but it doesn't land.
Larson wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Larson's face as La Riva controls the position.

Larson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but La Riva pulls his head out easily.

Martin La Riva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

La Riva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Larson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, La Riva has managed to get both his arms back between Larson's legs - danger averted.

La Riva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Larson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#TD#
La Riva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#SU#

La Riva shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Larson napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

La Riva is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Larson can do to turn this around?
Larson lands a leg kick that knocks La Riva off balance momentarily.

As Larson tries to get set, La Riva tries to push him back and clinch up but Larson manages to avoid the attempt.#T2#
Larson is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and La Riva moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Martin La Riva!
Martin La Riva bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from La Riva is defended easily by Bill Two.
La Riva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bill Two but Bill Two pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bill Two wants to clinch but La Riva slips to the side#KD#
and La Riva counters with a head kick that drops Bill Two to the mat! Bill Two scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!#ROC#
Bill Two is rocked!
Bill Two closes the distance but La Riva moves to the side
and La Riva counters with a body kick that stops Bill Two in his tracks momentarily.
Bill Two is still on wobbly legs! Can La Riva finish him?
Bill Two fails in his attempt to clinch.
La Riva has a takedown stuffed.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Martin La Riva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
La Riva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bill Two defends well and La Riva ends up having to push Bill Two into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Bill Two seems to have recovered his senses.
Bill Two tries to clinch there but La Riva circles away.
La Riva appears to be looking for a big counter.

It looked like La Riva was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

and La Riva counters with a crisp one two that drops Bill Two! La Riva thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bill Two to his feet! Bill Two is in big trouble!
La Riva closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bill Two circles away.
Bill Two is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
La Riva went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Dollar Bill Two seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and La Riva counters with a monster head kick that knocks Bill Two out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
