Filth drops Steve with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Steve! Filth dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Steve swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Saarela throws a lazy right hand but Steve sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Steve uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Saarela.
Steve appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Saarela tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Steve was well out of range. Poor timing from Saarela.
Steve scores with a jab. Saarela acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Steve connects with a looping right hand.
Saarela moves away from the strike by Steve.
Steve clobbers Saarela with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Ilpo Saarela seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Steve has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Smith is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Smith avoids the body shot from Steve.
Steve throws a jab but it's blocked by Smith.

Walker Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Steve throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Smith stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Patriot throws a big right hand that misses.
Patriot stops Steve from standing up.

Steve is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Steve tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Aiden Steve has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gorgon Patriot.

Steve walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Patriot drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Steve swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Patriot's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
