The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker throws a left and a right that both miss

and Ghost counters with a shoot takedown. Parker fights it but they end up in guard.
Parker looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ghost is one step ahead there.

Ghost drops back looking for a leg! Parker is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Parker manages to kick Ghost off! Ghost jumps back into Parker's guard.

Ghost drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ghost jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ghost drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Parker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Ghost has Parker in his guard.


Ghost is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Parker rolls with it to try and escape but Ghost cranks on the arm and Parker is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Parker drops down looking for an ankle pick but Ambe pulls his leg out and moves away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Parker shoots in looking for a takedown. Ambe tries to sprawl out of it but Parker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ambe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ambe looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Etimara closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Parker is squirming around, avoiding Etimara's attempts to control the action.

Parker's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Fiume is holding on here and Parker must be using up a lot of energy. Fiume has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Parker gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
