Latest News: CARDIO/WEIGHTS/YOGA Sessions (May 16, 2015)
  I have PERSONALLY, invited some of my closest friends out to help you guys for the next several months. The guest instructors for these sessions have been announced for the last 2 weeks of May and first 2 of June.

Lance Armstrong is the instructor for all cardio classes. Classes include secrets of doping.

There has been a huge amounts of requests for this here, and I have taken your suggestions and well, took it to another level. The Yoga classes this month are being instructed by various adult film starts and friends, wearing nothing other than Yoga pants. ;-) You are very welcome! (DONT OVER CROWD THE CLASSES PLEASE, YES YOUR CLOTHING IS REQUIRED!!!)

All weight sessions for the next 4 weeks are run by none other than the man himself, the terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Get to these sessions sooner than later. He WONT be back for a while!
