Latest News: Rules (Dec 12, 2016)
  -If all the sessions are full use one sessions on per week on your physicals (Yoga, Strength, Cardio)

-Never Spar 2 sessions in a row (ie do not train Boxing Wednesday PM Wrestling AMetc)

-Never train a skill if 2 people are already assigned to it (best find sessions with nobody on the session if possible)

-Make sure you have over 80% energy when training, if you are tired rest him for a few sessions

-Always use vending for all your fighters

-Always use supplements

We only have one sparring session per week for each discipline so i suggest you use those days for sparring, they are:

Boxing ---------- MON PM, WED AM, FRI PM
Muay Thai ----- MON PM, WED AM, FRI PM
Wrestling ------ TUE AM, THU PM, SAT PM
BJJ ------------- TUE AM, THU PM, SAT AM
