-- You have to spar 2+ times a week. The more the better.
-- You cannot spar a discipline where you have less than 3 stars sparring worth. You have to have 3 stars or more.
-- If you do, you will get one warning or be banned from the gym, depending on the situation. You won't be allowed to mess up other people's sparring.
-- This is gym provides a high level of sparring without an ID cap.
-- You have to be a VIP member to even be in LOD (so no sparring schedule here in necessary).
-- TRAIN HARD. SPAR HARD. WIN!
