  This gym is for circuit training and sparring. That's it. CT + sparring. The sparring group sizes are big so you get group size bonus. Spar every day. I've added a bunch of CT coaches - all at 150. (There are some private coaches down the page but just ignore these)

OFFICIAL SPAR SCHEDULE:
Boxing: PM sessions (every day)
Muay Thai: AM sessions (every day)
Wrestling: AM sessions (every day)
BJJ: AM sessions (every day)

This gym offers:
- Brand new equipment
- Pristine cleanliness
- Sauna
- Vending at 160 (maximum quality)
- DAILY -- Boxing + Muay Thai + Wrestling + BJJ sparring (not many gyms got this)
- Circuit Training coaches at 140-150

RULES:
- DO NOT use the private coaches
- Do not go above 4 in any circuit training session
- Failure to comply will get you kicked out of the gym
