Latest News: 17 Coaches and the best gym on the Island! (Oct 17, 2016)
  Here at HRH we are indisputably the best gym on the island. We have a whopping 17 coaches now, most of whom are very high quality. We also have some of the finest fighters on the island in sparring and we are the only gym on the island that is specifically designed to be a professional fighter's gym. What's more is that here at HRH you are guaranteed that the gym cap will not exceed 100 and that any price changes come with at least a week's notice. What a bargain! All that for the dank price of $420!

Sparring SCHEDULE:

Boxing: M/W/F AM;

Muay Thai: T/Th/S AM;

Wrestling: M/W/F PM;

BJJ: T/Th/S PM

Additional Notes:

-Make sure you take note of the different skill levels of the coaches. The differences will not be significant at this point in terms of the benefit your fighter gets, probably, but once your fighter is at the same level as the coach or close to it then the benefit is reduced greatly. Eventually some of the weaker coaches will go.

-Please try to keep class sizes as small as you can. If there are already 5 in the class it is barely worth joining.
