ONLY SPAR IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS SET BY THE BELOW SHOWN SPARRING SCHEDULE!

SPARRING SCHEDULE:
BOXING: MON AM & THU PM
MUAY THAI: WED AM & FRI PM
WRESTLING:TUE PM & SAT PM
BJJ: MON PM & THU AM

RULES:
*DO NOT OVERLOAD COACHES(MAX 4 FIGHTERS PER SESSION)
*SPAR AT LEAST WITH 4 OTHER FIGHTERS AND DO IT AT LEAST TWICE WEEKLY
* WEIGHTS AND CONDITIONING ARE TO BE USED AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK EACH!
* CIRCUIT TRAINING AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK
* REST YOUR FIGHTERS BELOW 80% ENERGY TO ALLOW FASTER LEARNING SPEED

RECOMMENDATIONS:
* SPARRING SESSIONS RECOMMENDED: 3
* CIRCUIT TRAINING RECOMMENDED: 3
*GET CONDITIONING TO 12 MINIMUM TO ALLOW YOU TO TRAIN MORE CONSISTENTLY
