  Always have 1 sessions per week on Circuit training

Never spar 2 things in a row (ie do not train Boxing Wednesday PM and AM etc)

If possible always look for a coaching session (for the skills you want) with nobody on it. If you cannot find one, then choose a session with only one person on it. (this does not include sparring)

Make sure you have over 80% energy when training, if you are tired rest him for a few sessions

Always use vending for all your fighters

Always use supplements

Spar not less than 4 times per week (better if it is 6)
