Latest News: Sparring schedule to accommodate # of fighters in gym (Jul 16, 2017)
  Okay so now that are numbers are up I was thinking it would be more beneficial to offer multiple days of each fighting style rather than just the one sessions a week...this would allow fighters who have no need to spar in let's say wrestling the chance to spar in a more needed style more than just once for that week of training...
