  Tired of training in that hovel known as the Cozad gym Montreal, where the equipment is rusty and the towels are sticky?

Don't despair. Join Spar Bros!

We offer the most versatile, sophisticated sparring schedule on the planet! And that is not an overstatement! Sparring of every kind, on any given day, for any given time slot! The quality of each session is ensured by it being overseen by two to three participating veteran fighters. Which means in essence: Whenever you want to spar whatever you want, you can! You could even randomly pick any time slot, any sort of sparring session (be it Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling or BJJ) and would have ZERO risk of being alone in the session. For virtually every session is guaranteed to include proven fighters, not only making it viable in the first place but improving the value of the session significantly. No other gym on the planet offers that sort of sophisticated sparring!

The entry fee and weekly fee is just 250 $. It will never become more expensive than 250 $ a week. That is a guarantee. A bro-guarantee!

There are five conditioning coaches. One for general drills (working a bit on all your physicals). And three to specifically address the physicals, which you possibly had to neglect upon creation of your new fighters (Agility, Speed and Balance). The fifth conditioning coach is elite level and for the most advanced users of the gym. There are also seven coaches for striking, wrestling, free fighting and grappling. They range from novice to experienced level and are meant to be used according to the skill level of the fighters.

General and specific training advice to make the most out of your time here (and possibly elsewhere later on) will be offered. Feel free to ask any related questions.

We also offer a Sauna for easier weight cutting and the cleanliness and equipment of the gym will be held at the highest level possible year round. These two things impact training efficiency and morale of your fighter and are a good reason already, to get out of the useless Cozad gym, where gym rats are, in fact, real animals.
