Latest News: Possible Training tips for newcomers! (Oct 26, 2017)
  Hey guys, saw these ideas posted in another gym and thought they might be worth considering for new comers who have fighters training here and are not sure how to get the most out of thier training schedule!

- Always have 1 session per week on Circuit training

- Never train 2 things in a row (i.e. do not train cardio Wednesday PM and AM etc.)

- If possible always look for a coaching session (for the skills you want) with nobody on it. If you cannot find one, then choose a session with fewest people on it. (this does not include sparring)

- Make sure you have over 70% energy when training, if you are tired rest him for a few sessions

- Always use vending for all your fighters

- Always use supplements

- Spar at least 4 times per week (better if it is 6)
