Latest News: Gym Rules (Aug 25, 2019)
  Keep coach sessions at or below 4 people per session. I won't be hiring coaches covering every discipline, so get what you need here and then get the rest from one of the other gyms. Don't hog sessions, especially conditioning since other gyms specialize in that.

To start out, let's have the Boxing and Muay Thai sparring sessions happen in the morning and the Wrestling and BJJ sparring sessions happen in the afternoon. If other sessions pop up, that's fine, but these will be the gym-sponsored times. I'll be setting coaching sessions to reflect these sparring sessions (ie takedown defense sessions happen during wrestling/BJJ sparring sessions).

Gym price will remain as is for at least a month while the island org gets its first events going. If you have a question or something, message me in-game.
