  I have spar bots training boxing and muay thai in the AM everyday, wrestling and BJJ in the PM everyday. I will probably add some coaches soon, which coaches and how many will depend on how the other gyms look. Don't be the douche who does circuit training everyday, every training session. Max of 4 fighters per coaching session.
