No joy there for McManus, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Woods throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McManus lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

The referee asks McManus politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. McManus prefers to stall for the moment though.
McManus's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Woods really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McManus. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB#
McManus wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Woods, who protects the arm well.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. #T4#

McManus remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

McManus is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Woods is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

James is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Davy Jones lands a nice uppercut.

James breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
James tries to close the distance and clinch but Davy Jones swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
James misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Davy Jones scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. James doesn't seem bothered though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Marcus Jones will probably get the nod.

Lesner shoots for a takedown but Batman saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Batman swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Batman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lesner switches off momentarily and Batman cracks him with a monster right hand! Lesner topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Batman dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Batman!

Chalup Batman was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

It looks like Ben Jones has been cut.
Everidge connects with a stiff jab that staggers Jones - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Dwight Everidge took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
