Magnus Magomedov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Borisov drops his hands for a split second and Magomedov immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Borisov face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Mayer finds Kalashnikov's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Kalashnikov flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Mayer lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Kalashnikov will be OK.

Kante changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Burch tries to avoid it but Kante manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Burch to the ground. Burch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kante breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Kalashnikov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Kalashnikov walks straight into a right hand from Riggs - that's dropped him! Riggs jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Kalashnikov from any more punishment! Kalashnikov complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
