The referee asks Tarfel politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Tarfel prefers to stall for the moment though.
Tarfel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Durez is working to avoid the ground and pound but Tarfel connects with a decent elbow.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Durez tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tarfel cranks the arm and Durez screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Durez, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
