Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tadala darts in and clinches Michael up against the cage.

Tadala is trying to drag Michael to the mat but Michael just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Tadala has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Michael after a bit of a struggle.

Tadala tries to clinch but Michael is having none of it.
Michael throws a series of punches but Tadala avoids them all with ease.
Michael lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tadala circles away quickly and effectively.

Tadala shoots in for a takedown but Michael shows good takedown defense.

Michael shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tadala manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Michael drops back looking for a leg! Tadala is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tadala manages to kick Michael off! Michael jumps back into Tadala's guard.

Tadala working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Michael doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Michael manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Tadala can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Michael controls the pace.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Michael sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Tadala's guard.

Michael feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well Imamu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Natalio Cavanaugh.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cavanaugh, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
